Thank to you all ...

Part I
This is the first of three parts of my game room. The first part consists of all my CD based games from Sega CD on up. Part two will be all the cartridges and part three will be all the supporting controllers and extras. All to come soon. I'm maxed out for space but a larger house soon will fix that and also some extra book cases.

Please enjoy!

Everytime I sit down:

Look to the left:

Look to the right:

And back to the center:

What's behind door number one:

And what's behind door number two:

And back to the games from the top left down:

Next:

And next:

And last row on the left:

Now to the right:

Next, again:

And next, again:

And last row on the right:

Hidding behind the TV, for now, is the Sega CD, model 2 Genesis, 32X, and Sega CD games.

Nice setup, Decent collection. I'm surprised you don't have the PS3 with everything else you have.

I personally went ass backwards and bought the PS3 and don't have a HDTV.  :-\

Though, the selection of RPG games in your collection makes me weep....

Your collection contains my favorite game of all time.  Street Fighter Alpha 2 for Saturn.
This is still the game that we use to settle the score.

I'm waiting for the slim PS3 with full BC. And ya ... not much going as far as RPG, Sports, or Sneak and Gun.

I'm more of a collector of games that please me and neither of those genres do it for me ...

Wait a sec - I'm noticing things like Vampire Savior, X-Men vs Street Fighter and a few others in Longbox-style glass cases.

What do you use for these cases? Did you find a bunch of cheap Saturn/Sega CD games at a pawn shop or something and swap out the guts for custom covers?

Exactly.  Here's what Crypt Killer has turned itself into thanx to all you guys here from coverproject. I also made an extra sleeve for the third disc of Policenaughts with a compus, pencil, ruler, and black card stock:

Front -

Back -

Inside -

Total Package -

Cool beans.

Unfortunately, it'd be kinda hard for me to do such a thing - no pawn shops/flea markets around here carry much Sega CD/Saturn games in complete condition, and when they do, they usually charge about $4 for each game.

And many of the longbox cases I already have are broken, due to me ordering them off of eBay. My poor Night Warriors cases is basically just a collection of shards of glass. =P

I had to bite the bullet and get them off ebay mostly. I did find them locally but since I need 11 games in total ... There are some cracked cases but again, my collection is mostly for looks and I try to stay as close to the originals as possible. While at the sametime pretend that Sega released these great games in the US and give them the long box look ...

Once again thanx to everyone here  ...

very jealous of Policenauts! Very nice collection, very neat layout and we seem to basically have the same game tastes.
"Could this be... an omen?!"

Thanx everyone for the nice comments.

I still have no PS3. I decided on the slim and keeping my PS2 hooked up but cannot find one now that I have the extra money.

I do need to update this layout soon. My library has increased another 30% since last year and I have more bookshelves and system to display too.

Correction. Just recieved my early BDay gift, a PS3 120gb slim. Now, for sure, I have no more room.
