Help - Sega Master System - Raw Scan

Greetings,

I have a raw scan (300 DPI) from an original Sega Master System game.  This title is not yet available for download in the TCP database. In addition, this scan has not been resized or altered in any way, as I do not have the proper know-how to make it suitable for download.  Perhaps someone with the appropriate skills\knowledge could point me in the right direction and\or assist to make it available for the masses.  I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
