Help - Sega Genesis - Raw Scans

Greetings,

I have some raw scans (300 DPI) from some original retail NTSC Sega Genesis games.  These titles are not yet available for download in the TCP database. In addition, these scans have not been resized or altered in any way, as I do not have the proper know-how to make them suitable for download.  Perhaps someone with the appropriate skills\knowledge could point me in the right direction and\or assist to make them available for the masses.  I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
