Hello to all. I've just joined recently and have been enjoying the covers provided here.

I wish to re-case my entire PS1 collection into DVD cases, and so far I've found a great number of cases here for my games already!

Here is my list of games I'd like to request custom covers for. My preferences are for horizontal (PS2 style) cases either custom or retail is fine by me. NTSC US format, please.

- Alundra
- Alundra 2
- Bushido Blade
- CTR(Crash Team Racing)
- Dragon Valor
- Guardian's Crusade
- Jade Cocoon: Story of the Tamamayu
- Star Ocean The Second Story
- Tales of Destiny II
- Vandal Hearts
- Warhawk (Raws: Back and Front Cover, Instruction Book , Spine) (Raws uploaded by Mazut, not by me.)
- Wild 9 (Raws: Back Cover, Disc, Front Cover)

These are the only games I have left that I did not find covers for on this site. The other 40ish I own have been taken care of already. Thanks to the creators and their efforts thus far.  :D

Now some notes:

Guardian's Crusade - If anyone else is looking for this, check here http://www.cdcovers.cc/view/394288/front/guardians-crusade-ntsc-custom That's one less one for my list. Thanks to Mick Dundee, again! :)

Warhawk - This appears to already have raws scanned for it. The reason I'm even asking for this one is because my copy of Warhawk is a cd jewel case version, and not the original long box format like mazut has uploaded.

Well I guess that's about it. I really appreciate anyone who's willing to take the time and effort to create something for any of these games, whether my scans prove useful or not. I hope to one day have my entire PS1 and PS2 collection intermingle side-by-side in DVD cases, and I'm getting close to that goal :)

Thanks to: Mr. Ben, Mick Dundee, and M47R1X, for your help thus far.

I need a cover for Dragon Valor, too, since I have it, as well.

I'm afraid I can only say one thing about your raw scans... DESCREEN!!!!!
If you have nothing to do... Don't do it here!

I apologize in advance for the moire problem, but apparently my scanner is unable to properly utilize the descreen effect.

I even tried at 200dpi as a test....and nothing.... :(

I also don't have photoshop or any knowledge to use it, and no other scanners available at my disposal. So...that's about as good as I can get them, unfortunately.

Are they all totally useless basically? I tried following the scanning guide best I could, but the part about manual descreen didn't really help me much since I only have Paint Shop Pro X, and paint.net at my disposal. I'd glady fix them if I knew of a way.

I'm Glad someone can use my Guardian's Crusade cover. I added it to their site because its not good enough quality for here. My skills and programs aren't up to par with the CP crew.

Woah, that was yours? Much kudos for that. It's awesome. I already have it saved, just waiting on my new dvd cases to arrive so I can print it out. It looked really good to me...and good resolution and everything too (most of the stuff on there I've run across is like...72dpi, really low resolution, and even worse than my raws I scanned above).

I'll definitely use it. Thank you for making it. It's too bad they wouldn't accept it here though. Oh, and don't feel bad, your skills are a lot better than mine... if that makes you feel any better  8)

I can sympathize with that. I sat down this afternoon to re-case a load of DC stuff and ended up playing Neo Geo games instead. Re-cased a grand total of...zero. ;)

This is more of an example of something I would have to 'tolerate'. No offense to the creator of course. It's better than having nothing, and I may use it given a lack of alternatives, but...

So, yeah. That Alundra one works just fine for me. Thanks again! ;D

I realize there are standards that need to be met to ensure only the highest quality designs will be presented here. Honestly though, anything like either your Guardian's Crusade cover or this Alundra one I would appreciate. They look very nice to me, and I will be using them both. They may not be up to the standards for this site, but they are more than enough for my own.

It might not be the scanner but the software you're using? You could use different programs besides the ones your scanner comes bundled with.

Yeah actually I think I just found something a few minutes ago that is helping quite a bit.

It figures it would take me this long to find the "Moire Pattern Removal" function in Paint Shop Pro  ::)

I'm currently editing what I have so that I can replace what I've already uploaded with new versions.

EDIT: Okay, I've replaced the files I uploaded previously with new, hopefully better versions. Links in the OP should still work.

Most excellent Star Ocean covers M47R1X. I will certainly partake, and make good use of them. Thanks for your trouble!

For what it's worth, great job on the recent Legend of Dragoon and PE2 covers you made also. I like them even better than the ones I was using previously.

My Effort on a Dragon Valor (Theres not much material out there)

I know the front looks a bit empty, it was intentional, hoping it will look quite good when it's in a box.

any thoughts?
