I was looking at your scan, the box is in pretty rough shape. The amount of hours it would require to rebuild it is insane. The back cover and spine are fine but the front is pretty bad, unless you don't care about a 100% clean looking cover I'll have to wait for a better scan of the front, sorry man.

Only posting this due to someone else replying first.  I did take the cover and pseudo make a cover for my coworkers NES Classic, and with the 20 minutes I "pseudo" cleaned it up, it still needed a bunch of work    So I would have to concur with Spence unfortunately.  I'll see what I can come with on getting another box though
