Good question. I will check tonight, but it seems like it most certainly would. Saturn long box cases aren't that much taller than DVD. However, I don't think it's enough room for 3DO long boxes.
Also, the shelves are fixed, so you can't make them taller or shorter for CD based games (but that makes sense based on the design).
Also, shelf number 3 is in my truck bed right now. :D

A few pickups. Each longbox game was $10 CAD, and he threw in soviet strike, as it needs resurfacing.

GameStop had a few items. Hatsune Miku was $7, P&D was $11ish, and Tekken was $15
Limited Run Games satisfying the Shmup fans is a ways a plus. (if anyone got the PS4 copy I am willing to buy/ trade for something.)
