Trouble Uploading Sega Genesis Cover

I'm trying to upload a raw scan of Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe, for the Sega Genesis. I can fill out all the required fields, except the Game Name. Am I not doing something right? Would love to contribute.

Only ready covers are to be uploaded to the site, because only few people see uploads.
Please use Mediafire or Box or other upload site that does not compress the files.
This way all members can grab them and work on them.
