DVD-sized covers for PS3 Games

A popular thing here is to make DVD-sized covers for PS1 games with PS2 formatting (except it still says "Playstation") so they can stack them next to their PS2 games, like SH1 for the Silent Hill series or MGS1 for the Metal Gear series.  Has anyone tried to make covers of that size and formatting for PS3 games like MGS4 or Silent Hill Homecoming?
