psxdatacenter has 300dpi scans of the PlayStation games. While not ideal, they could definitely be used to make passable covers. G-Police: http://psxdatacenter.com/games/P/G/SLES-00082.html Penny Racers: http://psxdatacenter.com/games/P/P/SCES-00391.html segaretro has good scans of Daytona USA. Daytona USA: https://segaretro.org/images/7/70/DaytonaUSA_saturn_eu_cover.jpg sonicretro has scans of the Sonic games but portions of the back cover on both scans are obscured by Australian stickers. They also have lower quality scans of the covers without the stickers, so the two sets could be combined to recreate the complete box.
