i have tried to downlod some insert but i cannot seem to get them to the 'save as' prompt..they only open in nero viwer...so, if someone would please be kind enough to assist me i would greatly appreciate your help.

are you left clicking or right clicking trying to "save as"?


All you have to do is click on the download button once.

Also, what browser are you using?

pretty sure i was hitting the DL button...then right clicking for 'save as'

lol, all you have to do is left click on download once and a prompt should come up for you to choose where to save the file.

In case you computer is too slow to run Firefox, (chances are if you're running IE you also have 9001 tray icons and background processes) Opera runs nicely on slow devices.

Sounds like you deselected the "Always ask" option. Check the link below for instructions on how to re-enable it, that should help.
