Hopefully someone can help me. Im curious I know there is alot of PS1 custom covers for regular dvd cases. Can the CD artwork be fit to a regular dvd case? has anyone done it? or is it specifically formatted to only fit cd jewel cases?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Most of the custom PS1 DVD covers on the site have been created using CD artwork that has been scanned at a high resolution. The back covers and spines of the DVD covers often use parts of the original CD scans but are pretty customized.

If you're asking if the CD artwork can just be printed and shoved into a DVD case as is, then no it doesn't really fit since the dimensions are quite different.

Yes thats what I was asking. Can you take the CD jewel case artwork and use in on a standard DVD case

Without massive changes to the artwork, you would either have to stretch the CD artwork beyond recognition, or have large amounts of blank space above and bellow (like a letterbox on your TV).
