6 Nintendo 64 Games - NA - Custom Covers

I have recently purchased universal game cases for my 22 N64 games. I am hoping to get art like (http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=11360) "The custom cover" one where its vertical not horizontal. However I can find it for all but a few of my games:

NBA Live 99
WinBack Covert Operations - Found it
Yoshi's Story - Found it!
Pilotwings 64 - Found it
Tony Hawk Pro Skater
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2

Any help would be welcomed in who I might be able to get to create it so its similar to the other art I am using. Or where I might look other than the coverproject. Thanks!
