Request: Phantasy Star 2,3,4 Trilogy Custom Cover

Hi everyone:

I recently purchased a home-brew genesis cartridge that contains phantasy star 2,3 and 4. I am wondering if anyone has or can create a genesis case cover for this game? Perhaps a collage of the three covers from the three games? Does something like this already exist? Thanks!
