I managed to find the inside part of the insert, but not the outside part. I couldn't find anything on google either. Anyone have a good scan or copy of the insert?

Hiya Hesch. JCE3000GT was kind enough to scan his copy of Saga Frontier for me last month. His original links are no longer working so I rehosted them on my mediafire account for you.

Strange coincidence.  I just got this game last week, and my back insert was missing as well.  I made one for myself using an image I found online, but this one looks much cleaner, so I might just use it instead.  The spines aren't very clean, but that's ok because I have a template for that.

Yeah, I cleaned em up myself and put the inside insert on the same page so I can just fold it and have them both be 1 piece
