I created covers for your 3 remaining requests. They are all conversions of the UGC covers already available. I used shenske's dimensions because they are the official TCP standard. I also slightly modified each cover to better represent the original retail configuration. The Super Scope cover is a custom by Wiggy since no retail box exists.
