There really is no story to it other than 3 giant animals/monsters destroying a city. Something like Donkey Kong technically has more story than that. |

I feel like they just made them animals instead so that The Rock would have something to kill without the idea that it was a person who had no control over it. |

I don't recall that...But the trailer clearly shows the rock isn't trying to kill them. He's trying to stop them (at least George) from getting killed. |
