Has anyone done a Vrally 99 vertical cover?

I don't think it exists. Throw it up on the request thread.

I have before, I don't think anyone is interested.

Someone might be a lot more inclined if you provided some raw assets.

There are horizontal covers for every N64 game in the database.

Unfortunately no such list exsist for black verticals.
I can try tho whip quick liost that lists all known black verticals.
No linking though as that kinda list takes for ever to set up.

Same here, finally gonna take some time to convert the few I have with purple spines to green ones.  If you have any requests let me know.  I think I need to do Madden 2001, Mia Hamm Soccer and star wars ep 1 racer.  They're not perfect but glad someone else can use them.

All of the ones you just mentioned would be a good start. I'm trying for a complete N64 set and there's a ton that don't have vertical covers so anything you can do would be a great help. Off the top of my head, some of the more expensive games that don't have vertical covers would include...

Super Bowling
Transformers: Beast Wars Transmetals
Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine
Carmageddon 64
