| WolfAlmighty:
Okay, so here's my latest attempt at Dragon Warrior: Fixing the big DRAGON WARRIOR text on the front was easy enough since that was just a recolouring with a gradient fill, but fixing up the dragon's wings and the parts between the letters...I dunno. I ended up doing a bit of recolouring, some copy-pasting of different sections to patchwork it in, followed by some blur tool to even them out a bit. I guess I'm always most critical of my own work but I think it looks okay if you don't look too closely at it. I couldn't get the colours to blend quite as well as I'd like, but I've spent quite a bit of time on it and my lack of artistic ability is preventing it from looking any better than I have it right now. ;D Anyway, if anyone else wants to take a shot at making it nicer looking feel free to use what I've done so far as a base. Oh, I also replaced the seal on the back with a nicer-looking one per Arseen's suggestion. At least now I'm comfortable enough with it to print it out, so I'll finally have a cover for all mah DW games! :D |

Looking good so far Wolf, great job! Might I suggest fiddling with the brightness/contrast a little? Pumping up the contrast to give the cover (especially the art on the front of the case) a little more color will make a huge difference. |
| WolfAlmighty:
Cheers! :) I'm not quite sure how to go about doing that, but I'll see if GIMP has an option to adjust contrast. I know Arseen requested it for the Spy Hunter cover as well so if I can figure out how to do it I'll probably go back and darken that one as well (and try to get new screenshots, too). |
| Arseen:
I don't know about GIMP, but on Paint.net, the program I use, it's under adjustments. I did darken and brighten the Spy Hunter cover only the text and screenshots are bugging me anymore, I think I posted the cover altered on this topic, or didn't I? |

Also WolfAlmighty, try adding a little more saturation to the front image. Just enough to show the front a little more color than gray. |
