Mario Tennis N64 green spine

Does anybody have a scan or link to the scan for the green spine for Mario Tennis on N64? The one with Bowser, Baby Mario, and Yoshi on it.

Mario Tennis is the only N64 game I have with the blue spine instead of the green. Looking for help to replace it.

Thanks. I'll have to try doing some cleanup work on it because it has a big scratch on it, but I'll do my best to make it work.
