Noob wants to know were to put his Homebrew / Repro contributions

Hey guys.  I didn't like the Zelda Outlands or SMB2J artwork I found, I wanted something a little more classic.  Also nobody had Genesis Virtua Fighter 2 so I'm almost done with that one.  Anyway I know someone here would like them and covers seem to be all over the place.  Is there a central spot or do I just need to name a thread in UGC covers and post there?
