Here is the result in my findings at FYE.
Just figured I would share with everyone, it works, and doesn't look half bad.

(Despite my plain, non photo paper)

Final Sleeve Size I came to is:
7" x 4.6"

2100 X 1380 @ 300dpi

And yes, you DO need to cut some out to make it fit, but that shouldn't be a problem for most of us.

Only downside I can think of is that there isn't enough room for the manuals.

Doesn't look bad but if the manuals don't fit it's unfortunate....

If someone can find a source for these http://www.scanavo.com/cardpack_14mm.asp They would work perfectly as they are the same size as standard dvd cases.

Not yet as I'm currently at work and don't want to use my work email.

I sent them an e-mail asking for a retailer's list.. apparently they do not have any, but they did offer to sell them directelly.

I'm awaiting a response on the total cost.

Bad thing is that the minimum order is 1000 pcs.

UPDATE: I got a reply form them.. Turns out they only sell the cases in pallets (2496 units). At $0.49 per unit...

So to place an order it would be $1223.04 + freight.. I think this might be a dead end

that's a shame.
The smaller pack is cute yeah but the lack of manual is too bad.
"Could this be... an omen?!"
