It was suggested that I consolidate my PS1 request list into one thread so here it is. I acknowledge that it's a pretty massive list of games, but the PlayStation section of the site is pretty sparse, and many of the covers that are on the site are of questionable quality. User akrate69 uploaded raw scans of quite a few of these games to the "Raw Cover Scans" section of the site, but most of those scans appear to have been lost or deleted.

US Games:

Azure Dreams

I also have a list of Japanese PS1 games I would like to find scans for, but I don't think anyone collects JP PS1 here on the forums, so I'll leave them off this post.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I hate messing with CD artwork, but I'll add this to my list of shit to scan.  I have a lot of these.

You want the covers of the manuals scanned, or do you want the back art inserts scanned as well?
<-- If anything I have is checked as "Case/Box", I will scan it if you ask nicely... I'm pretty slow about getting things done though.  Laziness.

I like scanning CD artwork because it's easier to get flat compared to something coming out of a DVD case, but it's a pain to scan 3 or 4 sides of something that comes out of a CD case compared to the 1 side of something coming out of a DVD case (or 2 in the rare event that it has an inlay).

I know it's a pain to pop open the jewel cases to get at them, but I'd like scans of the insert as well. I use it as a basis for the back art of the DVD covers I am making, and I cut out as many parts as I can (like screenshots) to reuse for my covers. Also, it's good to have them available to people who want to make poly case covers or reproduce the original cover for their own jewel cases. Thanks!

anything in the "Raw Cover Scans" section is about 7 years old.  Scanners are WAY better now.  If you would want something rescanned, put a note saying "could use new scans".  Nothing against akrate69 (or even myself on there), but technology has gotten better =)

The scanner at work is a Ricoh copier but I can not seem to get a setting above 600  :(
Any ideas?

That may just be the highest DPI the copier is capable of. If you do a search for the model number you might turn up a copy of the manual to confirm. If you can't get it any larger, 600dpi is a high enough resolution for making covers anyway. Thanks Tech13!

I know it's a long shot, but if any collectors own a JP or EU version of Rising Zan it'd be great to get a scan of the cover. The artwork is the same as the NA release, just without the reflective gold coating.

Glad you mentioned that.  I meant to bring it up that my scan of the front will not be the best due to that gold coating.

Phew, the back of that Syphon Filter box is going to be tough to reproduce on a DVD case! As always, a big thank you to you TDIRunner for more excellent scans.
