So long as it is not a Cell Phone store! Every experience I have corporate store has been RUBBISH! Regardless if it is Call Center or Store, cell phone companies don't give a shit about their customers.

Well I made it to the Microsoft store and they swapped out my contoller free of charge

they were shocked when i told them that 1-800 xbox would not help me because i dont own a xbox one
