Hello Hector.
Most (all?) of the games you listed came in a CD jewel case packaged inside a cardboard box. When you ask for a "retail cover of the actual CD-ROM case", do you mean you want the cardboard box artwork converted to a DVD case, or do you want a copy of the CD jewel case?
It would be very helpful if you can provide raw scans at 300 dpi, or even better, 600 dpi, for the games in question. I don't think there are any serious PC game collectors here on the site, so it may be difficult to source scans from the TCP community.
