My incling was right.
From style I knew it had to be Akumu (or Segamer) as you made the US version.

Hmm my upload is in German... and has bit bad spine and back title logos... and screenshots.

Overall, still a good cover. If Akumu wants to update it a bit with some improvements (and possibly make an EU variant) I'll gladly update it.
