I have been searching with no luck. Looking for Parodius for Gameboy box art. Any help would be great. Point me in the right direction to a scan. That would be great as well. Thank you again.

Yep no US release.
Either go with PAL cover as is or "USAfy" it by changing seal of quality and tweaking the legal text.
