Looks like EB Games (Canadian Gamestop) just found a container of Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii).
They are selling them as "collectible items, limited edition" at a high price: 69,99$ CAD.
Funny enough, they specify Brand New, Factory Sealed in the title.
