Does anyone have the Extermination cover for PS2 Retail NTSC version?

DAMN!, cdcovers.cc is working again!? That's welcome news. The cover you linked isn't great though, ignition. I think it's a PAL spine stuck on an NTSC cover, and the resolution is less than half what it should be.

It really depends on the uploader. Problem is, there really isn't much quality control in place for the covers there. It's still a pretty good resource and I'm glad they've resurrected it.

covergalaxy.com has it in their forums and I believe they require all scans to be at least 300dpi
