I don't quite understand what you mean. If the SNES mini is hacked the way the NES mini was, couldn't you put ALL the games on 1 console?

There's only 512mb of flash memory, and my friend's NES Classic wouldn't take the entire US released library. There are ways to do it with compression though, which I'll have to try. MDFManiac I think his name is, on Reddit is pretty much an expert at that.

You understood correctly, but you overlooked one thing:
As there are quite many games and they are bigger than NES games is there enough memory to have all games in one console or do you need multiple. ;)

If this is the case, no way can you fit all games.
I wonder could the flash memory be upgraded.

I made a mistake, it's actually 512MB, but that's not much better. There are still ways to do it though, as you can see here:
