If you read the link I shared, the Power Ink Flushing utility addresses exactly that.
I'll quote the important part for you:
"If you have not used the product for a long time and find banding or missing colors in printouts, you may need to replace the ink inside the ink tubes to solve the problem" The ink tubes are not the same thing as the ink tanks.

That's your problem right there and screams clogged print heads.  Huge reason I ditched my old inkjet printer.  I never used it often enough and the ink would always be dried up in the heads requiring a purge which just wastes a bunch of ink.  Went to a BW laser for a time and never had this problem again.  Been thinking of buying a color laser ever since.

Print a test page once a week. Problem solved.

Sad update: I haven't been able to fully fix the issue. As you can see by the picture below.....

So far I have done nozzle head cleanings about 5 times over the last 2 days. I also have done power ink flushing at least twice over that time period. It has fixed the color issue but I am still having trouble with the black as you can see in the picture. When I print anything, there are missing black lines and stuff whether it is a color photo or a word document with black letters.

Also, when I go to the settings and check how much color ink I have in each bottle, it says that I am low in black. However, I have filled it up and it isn't low, it just seems to the printer that it is.

I'm not sure what to do next if anyone has any advice. I am going to wait another 12 hours and take a look tomorrow. I'm not sure what's going on....
