I've used the search option but can't find it (maybe I'm not searching far enough?)

I'm searching for a horizontal version of NBA Live '96 (USA/NTSC version) for SNES.

To the best of my knowledge nobody has made a horizontal cover for it yet, although it is on the list of covers to be created.
