For 3DO, it's much easier. There was actually an SNES to 3DO adapter sold on stores. That one.I played with when I rented a 3DO oh so many years ago. The SNES controller is pretty much the best controller of all time, so there ya go. If you don't care for that, there's like a million other SNES controllers, or adapters to go into an SNES port that would probably work.

Last time I looked, the SNES to 3DO adapters were really hard to find, and the few that were available cost more than the 3DO itself. Is there a retailer currently selling them somewhere?

I have one, along with the original packaging. It doesn't work with all games, but it's a pretty cool little accessory. It along with my wireless 3DO controllers (which came from here) are among my most obscure gaming items.

I would love to see a Wii Pro Controller that doesn't have to plug into the Wiimote. I can't be the only one that hated they did that to them.

I don't know, I didn't actually look. I just meant in terms of CDi to 3DO. The CDi one was never mass produced.

They noted $29.99 when kickstarter is done on some colors (if not all?).
3 hours left (as a heads up).
TDIRunner:
I decided to back one controller. Afterwards I received an email saying that for every controller you back, you will receive a coupon to get one of the colored controllers for the same backing price ($20). All of the non transparent colored controllers should be available not long after the original is done, but the transparent controller will take longer because it requires a new mold.
