Custom NES cover

My friend has been collecting for the NES for four years now. He has 500 + games to the date. I was wanting to custom make him a custom NES cartridge retropie/raspberry pi build for Christmas with the games he's collected so far. Would it be possible to have an RETROPIE NES inspired UGC cover made. I am good with electronics but not so much with graphic arts. Attached is picture of what I'll be making him.
