Need cover for Nes Hammerin' Harry. For Custom Game Case if possible (shenske NES CGC covers are absolutely fantastic as an example).

I'm working on a big pile of SNES boxes right now, so hopefully someone else can help you turn it into a CGC!

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I don't have a decent scan to work with it. Maybe, you can fetch the one proposed by @tylerbgood.
