I downloaded alot of ps1 covers that look like ps2 covers. How do i print them and what paper is best for it? Does anyone have a template that i could use? I use paint.net

I believe you can print DVD case sized covers on 8.5x11.

Use some sort of photo paper. Don't use bond/copy paper.

That's correct.  However, I will add that it is close enough that some printers may have issues with the thin margins.  My Cannon prints DVD sized covers on 8.5x11 with no issues. 

Also, while I'm a big believer in the matte photo paper for my UGCs, I find that semi gloss photo paper does a better job of printing PS2 covers that match the originals.  I would probably suggest something similar for PS1 games sized for DVD cases. 
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."
