Since these are normally in a square CD format, do you have anything that would help us in making them a rectangle.

Also, scans of the original would be helpful.

akrate69 had scanned Independence Day, but what's left of his raw cover collection no longer seems to have it. It's too bad his list is deteriorating, hopefully someone made a complete backup at some point. Pretty invaluable set of raw images, bummer to see them starting to disappear.

Just checked out psxdatacenter.com, they have 300 to 600 dpi scans for all of these. Looks like a pretty good resource. I found the site by googling akrate69's username. Anyway, I'm heading out in a bit for a 3 day camping trip, but will work on a few of these when I get back. That is, assuming my fellow cover artists don't beat me to it!

A newbie with their own raw scans? You speak of heresy! I scoff sir, scoff! (intense scoffing commences)

But really, it's alright. I'll make due with what's already been shared. Honestly, the biggest pain in the butt I see for Contra is going to be cutting out the "Legacy of War" logo to use on the spine and back. I had hoped to steal it from the Saturn cover, but the color gradient is all wrong. I see a night of careful work with the magic wand, eraser, and history brush in my future.

Thanks Sheep, I had seen that when I was googling around for sources earlier. Unfortunately, it's a little too small for my plans, but I do appreciate you looking on my behalf!
