Anyway to secure a TG16 Hucard in a cd or dvd case?

Yes, purchased from FYE, I put my edge card inside so everyone could see the size and way it was held

The dimensions of a Hu-card are almost identical to that of a credit card. The only difference is the thickness.
A Hu-Card is about twice as thick

well then with a razor or Dremel (my personal favorite) it should fit nicely... we just need DVD style case images for them, and enough people that have/want them to actually make and upload them
