Wanted to talk to you 'bout them anyway 7k.... ;D

All 360 were nice but second batch of ps3 SF4 covers(those which are in my folder) got little issues....

The pixel dimensions are wrong.... According to our "Insider Admin FAQ" a PS3 case should have 3189 x 1776 but the new batch of ps3 covers from you are 3286 x 1776....

So resizing and reuploading them would be nice.... ;)

Then I'll add them as a kind of final frontier to our database.....

On a side note I thought I'd cleared our backlog but sheep uploads ps2 covers faster than I can add them.... ;D
2 + 3 = 23

@ tik - haha - back to work tomorrow so i'll slow down again now - also i actually think the dimensions on the PS3 template hosted here might be wrong.  I have run a couple of covers through it myself to print out, and they need some trimming to fit in PS3 case (which is slightly different dimensions to a blue ray/hddvd case)

Actually, all the PS3 covers I've used before were 3286 x 1776.

I think this might be a regional difference. From what I understand, PS3 cases in PAL regions have slimmer spines than in the United States.

Edit: Ah, I suppose that could be the problem. I've been using the template all along, and if its wrong, then so are all my covers.

strange - i have some region 1 and region 2 games here, and (to the naked eye at least) they appear the same width.

Yeah, my mistake. It's the difference between the PS3 cases and Blu-Ray cases. Blu-Ray cases have slimmer spines than PS3 cases do.

Hmmm.... Are you sure? I just downloaded your SF4 covers which are allready hosted on our site and the covers 1 to 7(in our database count) have 3189 x 1776 all the following 8 to 11 are in the new dimensions.... Now the question is what is right and why did you change your template?

It could be something to do with me. I posted some of those covers and i seem to remember resizing them to 3189 x 1776.

I don't know. Snowcone added the dimensions (for a Blu-Ray case, not a PS3 case!) to the "Case dimensions"-thread. That was on October 4th 2006, roughly a week after this site was created and  before we had a templates section. It was last edited on July 7th 200, almost 2 years ago.

Could anyone check which are the correct dimensions?

Maybe the dimensions snow posted are for a normal US BluRay-case which are slimmer than EU-BluRay and much slimmer than PS3-game-cases....
