Any update on these cases? I'm leaving the country again in a few months and would like to get an order in before I go if possible

Just for an update for those that didn't see the newsletter from Feb 18th, He posted about a few types of blank cases being back in stock, the move to a dedicated out-building for case work (which caused some delays in shipping), and a few other things

In reference to the GG cases, the following was mentioned (Copy-pasting it here to keep other threads from being bogged down with questions, which I also did lol)

http://shoutout.wix.com/so/3M6h7gaB#/main

Basically, they have cases (black and purple) but as of now are likely going to sell them as artwork included only cases

Kind of suck but eh, his business not mine lol, although I hope there still are deals on orders more than 5-10 cases, or that eventually they will come to bulk blank sets like the other cases

hi guys, any news on this. i was on CGC page and didn't see this cases.

had some rough month, with the restauration of my old Pontiac Sunfire. Finally is almost done, i'm driving it  ;D. That's the reason i was a little away from the site.

Also working on my Youtube channel for the past two month. the name is Top Autos, and is all about cars, History, countdowns of the best, worst, fastest, etc.

This is the channel, it's in Spanish though  :P

They exist. I have seen them in the United States. Not in person. But they exist. How many? IDFK. I assume Shadowfox is working his ass off to fulfill back orders while also putting together covers for these cases, and he will launch when he's ready.

Hello guys.  ;D

So I've been working like crazy lately... my biggest mountain I've been dealing with is the pricing/ shipping structure on my site. (and now soon to be higher Tariff and taxes, not to mention the Internet sales tax that has also passed.)

I'm not here to gripe about all that, I'm actually in the middle of completely re-doing my products in such a way that the cases will be a flat rate per unit. ("Free" shipping)

So! I'm going to be even more busy coming up here. Since I'm penny counting at the moment I am not planning on selling the Game Gear cases in bulk blanks. I'm really trying to plan the moves to get onto the next mold. ;)

However, I do want to make deals with thecoverproject community. So I'm hear to talk! I want to hash this out. I know that there are a good solid half dozen of you guys out there dedicating tons of time in gathering resources for these covers and I want to reward that. So what I'm thinking is something like: If you offer good raw scans that we need for a Game Gear cover AND someone takes those raws and makes a good quality cover with them. I will send you that cover in a case (either Purple or Black) Free of charge.... worldwide. This also goes for the guy (or gal) who took your raws and built the cover, they get a free game case too. If you provided the raws AND built the cover, I will send you 2 cases with covers. As we build out the collection and I have more covers in the set, you can request receiving a different cover. OR, save the "cover vouchers" and cash them in later.

One of the reasons I've been slacking on this idea is because I'm looking for high quality cover work, and I have a uniformed cover look I am trying to go with. I have most of my templates in paint.net files but if we make this idea work I'm sure we will need to get someone to build a template that conforms with my existing finished covers. So right now I'm standing at 13 completed Game Gear covers....The following link is everything I have at the moment for the Sega Game Gear covers. I have templates formats for: NTSC, EU, JP, and BR. Anyone can see what covers I need here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VoeoqAx220q_8zKNpXiR6WMH-RO3bf73c2abBG_yP60/edit?usp=sharing if this all goes well I will be updating this daily.

Also, with every finished cover I will also be adding those to my site for purchase so anyone can buy them from there on out.

All the existing things I have for the Game Gear covers can be found here: http://www.mediafire.com/folder/1bgdyisqgbidr/SGG

*Heartbroken* Aw, I've had money set aside for the last 3 years, 9 days, 2 hours, and 37 minutes just waiting to buy 100 of these as soon as they came out...

Update:
Ok, the shock/disappointment of that announcement is wearing off, so now for something more serious. I'm an adult. I understand money is always tight. While i can't speak for anyone other than myself, I for one would be willing to pay more for your cases if that's what it meant to keep you and your company afloat. I know I've seen you mention before that you don't make much profit off the cases, and you are doing it more for the community. But your cases are great quality and they speak for themselves. I'm sure others see how much dedication you put into the cases and they would back you going forward.

I, too, will be waiting this one out (depending on how long it takes)...only because I have too many projects on my plate at the moment. Perhaps when I'm less busy.

But I do think this is a fantastic idea you've put forward and I think one that lots of people would be totally on-board to put into action.

Just initially or not selling them in bulk blanks ever?  I'm all for helping out scanning and making covers but was really hoping for a bulk blank option.
