Hi there, Segaretro.org has raw scans of Turbo OutRun and Technocop that aren't bad and Crusader of Centy is on the main site. I don't think Wolfenstein 3D on Genesis ever had a retail release although I did find a scan of a MD box with mostly english text that would be a good starting point for custom box art. All my finds are linked below. Hope this is helpful!
