I'm sure someone can create nicer versions if they can find the raw images, but there's low demand for the long box designs so there isn't much motivation to create them. I just figured these would be better than nothing until something else comes along.

I don't think anyone is going to bother with these, based on the format you want making it so difficult, and the lack of appreciation you gave to Tyler for his efforts.
