Well, i have decided to start making/modifying some things.

As some of you know, my first intent will be making a switch box with at least 16 component and composite intakes and later on some RF.

I'm making this with the help of Dr. Agon, without his help a think I wouldn't make this, so thanks for all the help and info you  gave me.

Now with the pictures of the process and at what point am I.

I will try first with 3 inputs, then I will add the rest.

Composite Switches with solder cables

Component Switches with solder cables

Box that I will use

Audio cables in place before soldering

Switches solder in place just missing the grounds.

Holes where the switches goes. (Plastic still not in place)

Just missing soldering the ground, putting everything in place and painting the box black.

The inputs and output will be on the inside of the box, not visible from the outside.

Thanks again to Dr. Agon

I will continue posting again later.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

You know, if you want a tidy laser cut plate for all those switches, it would take about 5 minutes to laser cut that for you. All I would need are some rough dimensions.

So, I have discover that i can't solder as well as i thought. I have solder all the capacitors on the game gear, apart from soldering everything as a mess, the game gear still won't show image. Now is brighter than before, but nada of image.

I will have to go back and check

What could I have done wrong with the capacitors?

All of them feels like they are solder and believe me they look that way also (messy). When soldering some time the capators for really hot, can that damage the capacitors and I still have the same problem as before?

If you have too much solder, you might be connecting the caps to something else on the board causing a short.

You probably either a) built some little bridges, or b) have weak joints. Lots of solder =/= good joint.  I recommend getting some flux and re-flowing the whole thing.
