I often find what I'm looking for at http://npes.free.fr/index.php. It's a French site but has many English language scans too. Plus if you're going to retype the back, it's not an issue anyway....and it looks like all the other sites I used to go to years ago don't exist anymore. Apart from that, Google image search for the game title with a minimum size specified sometimes works.
