DS Case sized prints.

New to the site I have made some test prints. So far with DVD cases and DS. I finally got the DVD size right but the DS I am having issues.

I took the file to staples to get a gloss print and it came out a bit too short leaving about an 1/8 of an inch on each end and a bit lacking in height as well.

Has anyone remedied this problem?

Are they being printed on 8.5x11?  If so, that's the problem.

No I had all my prints done on 11x17 paper
