Manual Storage Ideas?

Hey everyone,

I am somewhat limited in space (as in I have about half a wall) for my collection. I don't want to case up my entire NES/SNES/N64 collection due to it taking up way too much space, but I do want to have manuals when possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for storing manuals? My ideal storage solution would be something about the height/width of a DVD case (thickness irrelevant) that can hold multiple manuals. Perhaps the answer is to just stack manuals inside Shadowfox NES cases. Anyways, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Bear78:

I used a 3 ring binder and different photo sheets for my loose manuals.  I don't know the sizes of the sheets off hand but I found a 2 slot sheet that's prefect for SNES / N64 / etc manuals and a 4 slot sheet that works great for NES manuals.

I dremel out UGC's and put all my Atari Jaguar manuals in them.  It's a pain but each case fits like 10-20 manuals depending on the thickness..

Atari Manuals are notoriously thick because they are in a bunch of different languages so you may be able to fit even more nintendo manuals.

I put all my Nintendo manuals in my cases personally...

There is some cool "manual" insert art for the Jaguar UGC's, I would be surprised if there wasn't something similar for the Big N out there.

You could also try Amaray Megapack cases.
They are 64mm thick (or about 5 DVD cases wide). The disc holders inside can be removed, I think.

Here is an example where someone uses them to case controllers and other accessories:

Perhaps I will just go with what I was originally thinking -- take Shadowfox's NES cases and simply cut out the tabs. Once I decide on a storage solution, I'll post some pictures.
