Request: Various N64 Custom US Covers

Hi all,

I decided to re-label my N64 collection in favor of the cases that show "Nintendo 64" in the red rectangle at the top of the spine.  Like the following image.

However, I cannot seem to find these custom US cases like above for the following games:
Gex 64
Gex Deep cover gecko
Glover
mortal kombat trilogy
mystical ninja starring goemon
pokemon puzzle league
Yoshi's story

Anyone know where I can find them? Thanks!

Hi there, Any luck? Basically I need them to look as close to the image I linked as possible. Or a template would work too, then I can set it up myself if need be. I just know I've seen people selling cases with them for these games so I know they exist somewhere.
