They need to make sure it's not "fit to page" when they print and I don't think Bluray and DVD can be printed on 8.5x11

I print DVD covers on 8.5x11, but my printer can handle it and it just barely fits.  Very good chance that the computer or printer is trying to make it fit to the page.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I used to go there too.  Files need to be in .pdf form, NOT .jpeg, and you have to TELL THEM NOT TO FIT TO PAGE.  It's a setting they have to check on their computers
They still may screw it up, but those are the settings you need.  Legal sized paper works best and is like 60 or 70 cents a page.
