Does anyone know of anything that converts games from one system to be played on another other than the boat load of em for the SNES? Maybe something for the old ataris?

There is an expansion module for the colecovision to play Atari 2600 games.

For official releases, there is also the:
Super Gameboy 1 & 2
Gameboy Player
Power Base Converter (Genesis to Master System)
The Famicom to NES adaptor that's stuffed in some older NES games (Not really officially released)

Then there are countless brands in the after market. RetroBit is the first to come to mind.
