March 2017 pickups

Just got tracking codes for Nintendo Switch and Collector's Edition of Breath of the Wild... both saying sent... which means with huge luck they are here tomorrow (or techinically today)!!!

Side story:

While checking the prices of Switches I noticed 2 things

1: I could save 30 Euros if I buy from different place (or better yet 80+ if the store my sister works gets them on Friday or next week so I can return the one in mail).
2: One location of major chain really broke the date and put them on shelf as soon as they got them which was on the 27th!!! (maybe earlier).
That store is 130 away from me, but can't bother to drive there niow, If I had known on Monday I would have).

So I have been super busy.  I have not posted in a while.  Lets start.

First off I got a new job!!! (that is whu I have been super busy) now onto the pics.

First up gaming:

I double dipped on this fantastic game.  Loved the hell out of it on the X1 so I wanted it on the go also.

Got this for a low low price of $10.  I love rally racing games.

Had to get the new Shantae game.  Absolutely love the music in these.  Since Shmups are the best games ever I had to pick this awesome book up.

The 2 PS2 games I got at Goodwill for $2 each.  Found New Luigi U at GameStop for a decent price of $35?  Had to snatch it up.

Rippin Riders was $1 at Goodwill, and SUper Princes Peach I got off Ebay for about $20.  I regret selling iot off years ago.  Also Mario & Luigi was used at GameStop.

Got these two Shmups off a fellow collector.  Both cost me about $70

Picked up both of these at Best Buy with a gift card my GF got for me for X-Mas.

Had this waiting for me at my desk today!  Can not wait to play this Co-op with my buddy. 

These showed up the other week at work.  Yoshi is fantastic and I never played it on thye Wii U.  The other item is not gaming related.  That is a new Ammo box.  Which leads me to my next set of pick ups...

Got these at Half Price Books for a good price plus had a coupon for 20% off.

Speaking of MST3K.  Got some of my kickstarter backer rewards in.

New Twiztid CD.  Oh so good.

Lastly the best slippers I ever owned.  Hand made in New Zealand from sheep skin/ wool.  $50 bucks well spent.

According to my tracking number, my Wii U Breath of the Wild should arrive tomorrow as expected.  I just finished Thomas was Alone last night (great game), so I'm ready to start a new game and dedicate some time to it.  Despite the fact that I'm not really a Zelda guy, I'm still pretty excited about this release.

I believe it gives you the licenses so you can download them when they are released.  Same thing they did with Minecraft and Batman.

I myself will wait till they all get released on disc. I really hate buying season games. I like to actually own my stuff.

I refurbished the GB I bought a week or so ago for $1 at a thrift store. Original buttons, screws, internal components. Replaced the speaker, fixed the screen, new shell, glass screen.

So I got a Raspberry Pi 3B recently, and a friend told me "I'll pay you if you can fit one into a SNES Cart for me".

You are right! Only Episode 1 and 2 (or so) are on the disc.
This is my first Retail-Version of a tell tale game that i bought.

Since i did not follow the releases of TWD season 3 i thought it would be complete... :-(
Next time i'll read the description more careful.

(i didn't want to buy it at first, but now i'm looking forward to test it)

Edit: It arrived. Once i get home i'll give good old Bomberman a try!
