By "book" are you referring to the style of hardcover guide that has come out for every Zelda title the past few years?  With the monochrome color cover and gold pages?  If so, there has been no indication one for this title exists.  Instead, we're getting an "Art and Artifacts" book in that style.  There IS a hardcover guide for BotW, but it more closely resembles the Hyrule Warriors guide, which has an image wrap around the entire book.  Kind of disappointing, really.  I hope something it announced/released soon.  I like the uniform collection I have going on.

This is because Piggyback will be publishing BotW guides, not Prima.  Not sure why they switched.  I know the TP HD guide had some errors, so maybe they weren't happy with the publisher.  Either way, sucks.

Although I no sooner finish typing that and I find out about THIS...

Not the same style, and it looks a bit bigger, but it is one sexy beast.  Downside?  It's hard to find and costs a whopping $80!  Since when the hell did guides cost more than the game!?

Anyway, as of this writing it is still available at Barnes & Noble if you're a sucker like me and NEEEEEED it.

In my opinion game guides have gotten way out of hand. I still much prefer the simple magazine style guides. I don't want to feel like I'm reading an Easton Press publication while I'm playing Zelda.  :D

What is this 'Reading' you speak of?

Seriously, though, they still make paperback versions - but I'm still surprised they bother to make guides at all.  I buy the Zelda guides, because, well, Zelda... but I've never. Been tempted to buy a guide for another game.  Gamefaqs usually has that need covered nicely.

I have both versions of Arts and Artifacts ordered (Amazon *says* shipping today).  Haven't ordered the Collector's version of BotW yet, but did the DX version.  Three versions, two aimed at collectors... it's obviously a huge money grab.  Gonna wait to bite the bullet on that second one (I know I will eventually...)

Nice!  I have pretty much the same set except for the ALBW... Missed that one and never thought it would be as rare as it is.

That collection is badass, but unfortunately I refuse to give in to the cash grabs.  ;) I have Hyrule Historia and Arts and Artifacts, and that's all I need. I would love to have all of those, but they are just way too cash-grabby for my taste.

We shall count down the days.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."
